Combine the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic paste in a small bowl or mason jar and whisk or shake until combined. Set aside. When the oil begins to shimmer, add the chicken and cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Give the sauce another quick stir or shake, add it to the pan, and continue cooking another 6 to 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
