In this video, we’re going to share with you an amazing recipe for naan bread. We love Indian food. The problem is, typically, Indian food is made with a lot of ingredients that are not keto-friendly. But, like we say, there is no suffering on keto. You don’t have to miss out on your favorite foods! There are plenty of fantastic keto-friendly alternatives out there, and this is one of them. This keto recipe is so good—there’s just no reason to even have traditional non-keto naan.
Naan is an Indian bread, but you don’t have to only have it with Indian food. This buttery naan would also go great with soup and many other meals.

Ketones are simply a type of chemical that our liver produces when it breaks down fats.
Our body uses ketones for energy this typically happens during fasting, long periods of exercise, or when our body don’t have as many carbohydrates.

The big BUZZ lately is Keto Diet. Ketogenic diet or ketogenic life syle.
A keto diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet. You eat fewer carbs and replace it with fat, resulting in a state called ketosis.
During nutritional ketosis, your body converts fat into compounds known as ketones and begins using them as its main source of energy.
This the goal of the Ketogenic diet or ketogenic life syle. When this process is applied correctly our body naturally trims down, tone up, has more energy and seems to functions more efficiently.
In this Ketosis metabolic state that occurs when your body burns fat for energy instead of glucose. So, the keto diet has many possible benefits including potential weight loss, increased energy and treating chronic illness. However, the diet can produce side effects including “keto” breath and constipation.
Ketones are an alternative fuel for our cells, with several advantages over glucose. Normally produced by the liver during fasting, ketones are quicker and easier to metabolize than glucose and provide a potent energy source for the brain and muscles.

Bounty Chocolate Bars are one of my favourite chocolate bars and it is so simple to made a keto bounty chocolate bar version. Most of the ingredients are keto friendly, other than sugar. This recipe is simple to follow and also very flexible. I have shared my recipe, but you can definitely tweak it a bit and it will still turn out perfect. It is one of my most popular Keto recipes or LCHF desserts.
