Like most modern Westerners I started my day with cereal, had a mid-morning biscuit, sandwiches for lunch, then an evening meal – meat with a good serving of potato, pasta or rice. I had never before experienced this in my life, I was always hungry before my next meal was “due”. This was when I realised that I had previous felt “tied” to food and I felt free. To this day I have not felt hungry and, for me, this makes this way of eating easy. I eat enough each day to meet my needs but can do this at a time that suits me. My life no longer revolves around “when is my next meal?”. I have created this, my first book, to share this life changing way of eating with as many people as possible!
