Tuna “cakes”

I got tired of cold tuna so I made warm tuna “cakes”, like crab cakes without the breading.

2 cans of tuna

5 tbsp mayo

5 tbsp bacon crumbles

Break up tuna, stir in Mayo and bacon.

Roll into balls and flatten to desired thickness.

Cook med high in non stick pan (I didn’t use any oil/fat) until golden brown.

Flip until warmed through.
