STEPS TO DO:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
2. Process cooked cauliflower florets in a food processor until finely chopped.
3. Add egg and garlic. Process again until thoroughly combined.
4. Add almond flour, arrowroot flour, and salt. Process until everything is combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread it into the desired shape.
6. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
7. Top this pizza base with vegetables, fish chunks, shredded chicken, or grated cheese. Bake for 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
