Chicken, Gouda, bacon sandwich.

½ cup pork rinds ½ cup of parmesan 2 tsp of low sodium cajun seasoning(i like the flavor of this) 1.5tsp of garlic powder 2 tsp of onion powder One egg Half and half 1 Chicken Breast

Mix breading and seasonings well. You, you don’t need to add salt because the “breading” has a lot in there already. Mix one egg with enough half and half to thin it a bit but still allow it to coat the chicken breast. Dip chicken breast in egg mixture and then in pork rind mixture. Press down, then redip, on both sides in both the egg and breading. Fry on medium-medium high for about 5 minutes per side(i use a thermometer to check temp). It may look like it’s burning, but that’s the cajun seasoning. It won’t taste burnt. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels. I used Franz buns for the bread.
